The faculty and staff at the Field School of Charlottesville cultivate an inclusive community whose members respect, empathize with, and value people of all races, cultures, faiths, sexual orientations, ages, gender identities, family constructs, economic backgrounds, learning and physical abilities and educational levels. In turn, our students learn the importance of kindness, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and equity as a diverse and inclusive community is essential to student growth and well-being.
